Returns & Exchanges

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Products must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Certain items may not be returnable, including special orders, custom products, and hazardous materials. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Items the Manufacturer Will Not Accept Back
Many of the parts we distribute are non-returnable to the manufacturer. Where the manufacturer will not accept a part back from us, we cannot accept it back from you except where the item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong part.
This is stated on the product page before you order, and those items are marked as non-returnable in our product listings. If you are unsure whether a part is returnable, ask us before ordering — we will tell you.
Defective items and shipping errors are always covered, on every product, regardless of the manufacturer’s policy.
A restocking fee of 25% of the product price applies to authorized returns. The fee is waived when the return is due to our error — an incorrect item, a shipping mistake, or a defect on arrival.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization, under the same condition requirements as returns. Shipping costs in both directions — returning the original item and delivering the replacement — are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error.
The same exclusions apply: special orders, custom products, and hazardous materials are generally not eligible for exchange. No restocking fee applies to an exchange, since the original order is replaced rather than refunded.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
Contact us before shipping anything back. Returns and exchanges require prior authorization, and items sent without it may not be accepted.
Contact us with your order number and the part number you wish to return or exchange.
Product Warranties
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers. See our Terms of Service for complete warranty and liability terms.
